      A properly maintained cold saw blade should last a long time, even with extensive use. Keeping your blades sharp will ensure you're operating with optimal cutting performance.

      Our in-house blade sharpening service is fast and provides high-quality and consistent results. Our specialists can sharpen any HSS blade, re-tooth a chipped blade, or do a complete gum and sharpen, and will grind your blade to any number of teeth you request. We usually have your blades in & out within 2 business days or less!

      Just mail your blades to us at the address below - don't forget to include your contact information. We'll reach out for payment when your blades are finished and ready to be sent back.

      Guide to Maximize Blade Life

      A properly maintained cold saw blade should last a long time, even with extensive use. Circular cold saw blades can endure as many as 800 to 1,000 cuts before needing to be sharpened, and the beauty of these blades is they can be sharpened up to 30 or 40 times during their lifespan!

      It's important to be meticulous when installing/changing the blade on your saw to prolong the life of your saw blade.
