Description

Ideal for medium to larger metal fabrication businesses! With its 120-ton punch station this ironworker can punch a 1-1/2" hole in 1" thick, 65,000 tensile mild steel plate.

The 12012-24M hydraulic ironworker also features a 24" wide flat bar shear which can shear 1" x 12" and 1/2" x 24" plate. The bar shear blades can be rotated four times for maximum blade life. The angle shear can max cut 6" x 6" x 1/2", and like all Scotchman angle shears, is designed to give a distortion free cut.

The tool table design is a bonus feature and workstation that allows the operator to quickly and easily mount various optional tools making this ironworker adaptable to your specific job. This machine is versatile and is capable of accepting additional equipment such as press brakes, rod shear, tube shear, picket tool, as well as custom-built tooling.

This American-made ironworker is built tough and utilizes a two-stage hydraulic pump system with electric valves & a remote foot pedal for ease of use, an adjustable electric stroke control with scale, and is backed by Scotchman’s industry leading 3-Year Warranty and lifetime customer support!
