The Scotchman CPO 350 PKPD semi-automatic coldsaw is built for industrial use and designed to make precise burr-free cuts on a production scale.

The semi-auto cycle is simple to operate with a press on the remote foot pedal and features a double clamping and self-centering vise for maximum material hold. Its pneumatic vise and automatic return save you time, and the integrated flood coolant system maintains a high cut quality while extending the life of the blade saving you money.

This USA made saw accepts up to a 14" (350mm) HSS saw blade and can easily cut 4.5” OD round tube and 1.75” solid at 90°; plus, it has mitering capabilities of 180° with a miter locking device allowing for quick & accurate stop setting at 45°, 90° and 135°. This saw can also slot and notch, and with accuracy within 1 degree of mitering and a squareness tolerance of ±0.002 per diameter inch in height, the real payoff for this machine is fast, clean, and very precise cuts.

All Scotchman CPO series saws are American-made, built with a rigid cast iron saw base, and have a double reduction ground and hardened all-metal gear box to ensure tight tolerances throughout the life of the saw.

I purchased this saw for one job I do routinely. I cut small 1" stainless steel parts done 8,000 at a time and need to be within plus or minus 0.005" in length. It used to take me about 20 hours to saw them all, but after altering your saw jaws so I can stack eight pieces at a time and saw them while I am doing another operation I have virtually no sawing time in them at all and they all turn out within tolerance.
